Reform Beginners

Reform beginners is a great choice for new or current students who desire a consistent, structured, safe, supportive and fundamental exercise program. This class focuses on fundamental exercises that are needed to create a solid foundation in your Pilates practice. *A slower pace allows for pauses when necessary.

Reform

  • Level: Intermediate

Reform is a balanced body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and with improved body alignment. This class focuses on fundamental exercises that are needed to create a solid foundation in your Pilates practice. *The instructor gives chances for modifications / advancements and allows for pauses only when necessary.

Reform Advanced

  • Level: Intermediate-Advanced

Reform advanced is a balanced body workout with just the right amount of intensity! This class combines body weight, resistance, balance training and cardio bursts exercises to leave you tightened and toned. Basic knowledge of fundamental Pilates practices is necessary to maintain the flow of this class. The instructor makes each class unique to push you to your limits. *Not recommended for beginners.

Reform Cardio

  • Level: Intermediate-Advanced

Reform cardio is a great choice for those looking to change up their regular routine! This athletic conditioning equipment-based class combines total body strength training principles to sculpt and tighten while burning fat and improving endurance. Basic knowledge of fundamental Pilates practices is necessary to maintain the flow of this class. It’s low impact and form-focused, but sure to leave you sweating. *Not recommended for beginners.

Reform Core

  • Level: Intermediate-Advanced

Reform core is a balanced body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and with improved body alignment. With an emphasis on core, this class is designed to increase balance and stability while toning and sculpting. Basic knowledge of fundamental Pilates practices is necessary to maintain the flow of this class. *Not recommended for beginners.

Reform Core Stabilization

  • Level: Intermediate-Advanced

Reform core is a balanced body workout that will leave you feeling taller, more stronger and aids in the improvement of full body alignment. With an emphasis on posture, this class is designed to increase balance and stability focusing on using micro muscle groups in your back and core. Basic knowledge of fundamental Pilates practices is necessary to maintain the flow of this class.

Reform Stretch and Renew

  • Level: All Levels

Repair and restore as you lengthen and release those tight muscles. This yummy stretch class focuses on breathwork, alignment, strengthening postural muscles, and the core connection. Feel longer, leaner, and float on out of the studio with this amazing restorative class!

Reform Yoga

  • Level: All Levels

Reform Yoga is a full, balanced body workout on the Reformer. This class utilizes the reformer as a moving mat to help take your skills to the next level. Expect to increase your strength and flexibility as you dive deeper into those Yoga flows.

Reform Barre

  • Level: Beginner- Intermediate

Reform barre is a full, balanced body tightening and toning workout. This class alternates between the reformer and ballet barre using body weight, resistance, and balance training to define and sculpt your muscles. Be prepared to hold, pulse, and shake as you smile through the pain.

Reform Sculpt

  • Level: Intermediate – Advanced

This class is a total body workout to help build strength, find more stability, fine-tune alignment & posture, correct muscle imbalances, and use better breathing techniques during movement. It’s fun. It’s playful. It’s for all levels!
